Except where otherwise noted, the contents of this blog are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC-BY). This means you are free to share and adapt the contents of this blog, even commercially, so long as you give appropriate credit, provide a link to the Creative Commons license, and indicate if changes were made (i.e. cite your sources). I am rather pleased with the circuit diagram courthouse logo, and so that isn't included in the licence.

Reliance

The terms of the above licence include provisions disclaiming any warranties and limiting liability. But in summary, this is a blog and clearly everything is general. I am not providing any advice to you specifically (whether legal, technical or otherwise). Don't rely on anything I say. Please talk to your own specialist advisers before doing anything based on this blog. Or frankly, anything else you've found on the internet.

Images

All static images on this blog are CC0 licensed. That is, the person has put the image in the public domain by waiving all of his or her rights to the image. Most of the images on this blog are from PexelsUnsplash and PublicDomainPictures.net.

All the instructional animated GIFs on this blog are created by me using the excellent ScreenToGif. All GIFs are included in the CC-BY licence.

Personal information

This blog isn't intentionally collecting any personal information about you. I don't want your phone number, credit card details, or to sell you anything. I certainly don't want to sell your phone number and credit card details to anyone else. If you want to subscribe by email (and you don't have to), I'll send you emails notifying you of new blog posts, news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The site does use cookies to track pageviews and things, but so far as I know, all of this is done anonymously. While I'm interested to know (in general) which pages are of most interest to people visiting this blog, I really don't need or want to know that you personally have visited the user stories page 17 times and still don't get it.

The blog is hosted on Squarespace and so their Privacy Policy will also apply.
